Que a Argohost melhore a qualidade da prestação de serviços aqui no Ceará

Prezados:

Desde Outubro/2011 fizemos a bobagem de sermos assinante da Argohost aqui no Ceará (inclusive pagamos 01 ano antecipado). Hospedamos o site da nossa Empresa, que é de tecnologia, e o nosso correio eletrônico. De lá para cá o “sistema Argohost” já “saiu do ar” por 4 vezes. Imaginem os transtornos que temos.
Hoje, por exemplo, desde as 8 horas que ligo para o fraco suporte técnico e ninguém atende.
Como estamos arrependidos de tê-los como parceiros.

Achamos justo e tolerável, embora altamente insatisfeitos com o mau serviço que nos prestam, de darmos-lhes mais uma chance para a regularização da situação, pois caso o sistema Argohost “saia do ar” mais uma vez nesses próximos meses, divulgaremos a nossa insatisfação com vocês através desse texto nas redes sociais, tais como facebook, tweeter, orkut, etc.
